(Energy House) - previously named AREF Energy Holding Company in the year 2007. 90% of the share capital of KDDB is held by The Energy House Holding Company; 95% of The Energy House Holding Company is being held by Development Enterprises Holding Co. which is a 100% subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House.
