Elder Outreach

Elder Outreach is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare that is well beyond ordinary for those who can no longer live safely or comfortably at home. With 35 years of experience in caregiving across five Louisiana communities, the organization offers long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services in a home-like environment that fosters healing and helps create a new, independent lifestyle. In addition to making an impact in the lives of its residents, Elder Outreach also strives to make a strong, meaningful impact in every community its facilities serve.
