Electric Engineering Ltd. is one of the largest companies in Ukraine providing supply and service for marine, oil and gas, rail and industrial areas since 1995. The company's head office, warehouse and production premises are located in Chernomorsk (ex Ilyichevsk), which is one of the largest ports in Ukraine. The company is a member of the ISSA and the founder of the Ukrainian National Association of Ship Suppliers.
