Elimiwait Parking

Standing in a garage watching (and waiting) as valet attendants took way too long to produce car after car to increasingly impatient customers, a thought surfaced: There has to be a better way to do this. This is how the founders of ElimiWait Parking came up with the idea for Valet Request, our first product, which allows customers to text ahead for their cars so the valet knows, and can prepare for when the customer is coming, and the customer does not have to wait nearly as long for their car when they arrive. Our goal was, and still is, to create technology based solutions for the valet industry, geared towards streamlining parking procedures and experiences that would benefit BOTH customers and staff. Our founders have over four decades of software development experience in areas as diverse as parking, logistics, hospitality, distribution and inventory tracking, and as we continue to develop new solutions for the valet industry (we now have four), we will continue to focus on enhancing the parking experience for customers and employees via simple, smart technology.
