Elmo Leather

Elmo Leather is the worlds largest manufacturer of exclusive furniture leather and one of the largest suppliers of leather to the automotive industry. The head office plus production and product development departments are located in Svenljunga. Approximately 200 people work here. The company develops, manufactures, markets and sells Elmo Leather to around 40 markets worldwide. More than 90 per cent of sales are generated in markets outside Sweden. Marketing is done through the companys own resources as well as independent sales representatives. In February 2004 Elmo Leather started a new production plant in Wismar in Germany for cutting leather destined for the automotive industry. Elmo Leather comprises the parent company Elmo Leather AB in Sweden and the wholly-owned subsidiary Elmo Trim GmbH in Germany. Our sales office in Edison in New Jersey USA has on-line contact with the Swedish order office.
