ELSACO Electronic was founded in 1994 as Limited Liability Company with 100% private Romanian capital, having as scope of work commercialization and commissioning of the modern equipment for cold and warm water, heating energy respectively remote supervision and control of district thermal station which belong to the heating energy providers. Since the foundation till the present days ELSACO had a rapid and constant evolution, trough continuous diversification of the products and services range, with the purpose to answer as precise as possible to the measurement devices market demands as well as to the needs expressed by the public or industrial utilities producers/suppliers, by the final utilities consumers . Detecting the express need for measurement and control devices, wanted in the production, transport and distribution processes for supplying utilities , ELSACO was involved since the beginning of its activity in developing modern technical solutions, dedicated for heating points and heating networks, based on PC and data acquisition industrial modules made according to the highest technological standard of the 90's. In this research & development context , ELSACO promoted since the beggining PC systems, hardware equipments and software, activities composing today a distinct section of company business- ITC market. In 1999 was founded ELSACO INTERNATIONAL, and at the beginning of 2002 ELSACO SOFTWARE, these companies allowing to ELSACO to consolidate its position on to the consumption measurement and software solutions market, in achieving bigger tasks with a higher technology. With the idea to offer products and technical solutions of a high quality and performances , to pursuit the market and clients orientation , with the purpose to become a national leader on to the fluid measurement and automation and updating the heating systems, ELSACO continuously invested in its technical and organizational capabilities, managing today to hold a new headquarter, with all design-production - service- control facilities for meters, electronic devices, software, as well as 14 branches in : Botosani, Bucuresti, Suceava, Iasi, Piatra Neamt, Gura Humorului, Craiova, Oradea, Constanta, Galati, Bacau, Radauti, Oltenita, Târgu Mures. Being aware by the multitude of the activities and resources mandatory for the development of several services strongly oriented to the client, to the highest quality standards, ELSACO Electronic took the decision to build a specialized management according to the specific of the activities and product lines promoted by the organization, in such way that today one can discuss about ELSACO GROUP.
