ELTECH specialises in development and implementation of integrated projects based on the EPCM contracting pattern, as well as out of certain services related to modernization and upgrading of hi tech enterprises and scientific centers. Over the last 5 years, ELTECH completed approximately 300 projects, including about 30 integrated projects, that is, on a turnkey basis: beginning with development of technological solutions and up to commissioning of a ready-to-operate plant. Now the company possesses enormous research and development resources: our engineering staff consists of more that 300 experts, but our research and development resources go beyond this figure. The main aspect of ELTECH activities is to introduce advanced technological solutions, and this is achieved owing to intensive co-operation with a number of leading Russian technical universities and institutes, as well as to partnership relations with Western technological resource centers. The company is active in the establishment of a number of R&D centers and laboratory facilities associated with Russian R&D agencies and universities and modernization of electronic plants. ELTECH maintains a continuous dialogue with Western technology sources and Russian R&D centers and is well aware of the up-to-datestate-of-art and requirements of domestic manufacturers, so the company is busy with shaping a scientific and technical environment that would be able to contribute to an innovation-driven economy of this country: development of strategical programs and concepts aimed at development of regions, clusters and innovation centers. Over some years the company has been involved in implementation of government support programs aimed at development and modernization of the Russian hi tech industry (the RF Government Resolution No. 218, federal target programs, industrial and regional development programs). Now ELTECH co-operates intensively with the ministries and agencies in charge, as well as with organizations that render support to innovation activities: «Rosnano» JSC, Ministry of Education and Science, Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, «Skolkovo Foundation»; authorities of the Republic of Mordovia, Samara, Kaliningrad, Bryansk, Ryazan, Lipetsk regions. The company also expands its technological capacities owing to establishing of partnership relations with leading Western R&D centers. Now our partners include some international technological centers: VTT (Finland), Fraunhofer Institute (Germany), LETI (France), MIT (USA) and other technological companies (IMEC, Azzurro, Veeco,etc.).
