EMCAD offers a wide range of training courses which are aimed to build a strong base for youth's career development. This therefore allows EMCAD trainees to be more employable as it arms them with the practical skills required for job search and career development, hence making them more relevant for the job market. EMCAD strongly believes in the power of empowering the young generation to fully and meaningfully participate in development programmes and processes. Furthermore EMCAD offers training for organisations thus building their institutional capacity in various areas including Result Based Management, Governance, Financial Management for Donor Funded Projects, Understanding and Contextualising Sustainable Development Goals and Resource Mobilization.
