EMG is the brainchild of a self-proclaimed fitness and class groupie whose career has recently been working in the field of technology. She has taken this combination to create EMG Live Fitness. Through her many years of taking classes and creating decade long friendships with instructors worldwide, she designed EMG to benefit not only the student but the instructor as well. EMG Live Fitness is a technological breakthrough for the fitness industry. The evolution of Live Streaming has made it possible for EMG to bring the most sought after instructors virtually out of their studios and live to any town, city or borough in the country, or world. Full length classes physically held in places like New York City, Los Angeles and Amsterdam, by world renowned instructors, are now available to everyone around the globe in real time. When the at home student joins a class that is being broadcast live from a gym or studio, he/she becomes a member of an even larger national and possibly global community taking the class.
