Employment Solutions are a specialist engineering recruitment consultancy, formed in 2001. We supply permanent, contract & temporary staff to the UK manufacturing industry. Following a management buyout in 2007 the company is led and ran by Carolyn Frodsham and Neil Davies who still are actively involved in hands on recruitment. In 2011 the company took the decision to move to Bury from Manchester City Centre. It was felt that manufacturing is outside the city centre and as a result, we can now take advantage of our location to supply an excellent quality of service to our clients and candidates. We partner with over 240 clients; planning, supporting and advising on their recruitment strategies. We continue to remain at the forefront of recruitment within our sector and still actively recruit for many of the same clients that we did at our inception. In addition to sourcing experienced blue collar engineers, skilled professionals and trades people within the Engineering and Construction Industries, we have a number of highly skilled consultants working within niche technical areas of Engineering. Having consultants working within specific markets allows to be fully aware of market conditions, candidate and vacancy availability. Our experience includes both permanent and contract recruitment covering the UK and worldwide.
