EMS Ship Management

At EMS Crew Management we offer complete crew management services to all types of vessels through our crew competence centers located in most of the seafaring nations across the globe. We ensure cost effectiveness, efficiency and increased comfort to our customers who are ship owners and ship managers. At present we provide crewing services to more than 230 vessels from a dedicated pool of 5300 seafarers. In order to provide properly qualified seafarers we ensure careful screening and selection procedures ahead of deployment. In addition, we provide continuous education and training ashore as well as onboard in agreement with Owners to achieve desired levels of competence. We take the highest interest in seafarer satisfaction in order to maintain high retention rates and continuity of service for the customer fleet.
