Emtec has grown to become a main contender in the field of specialist acoustic contracting, with a wealth of experience gained solving noise and vibration problems across a wide range of industries. From Oil Rigs to Hospitals to TV Studios, our well established products are actively in use throughout the UK providing protection against airborne noise pollution and structure-borne vibration. Our experienced engineers work closely with our customers to configure bespoke acoustic solutions, tailor-made to each project's exact requirements, ensuring customer peace of mind that the specified noise criteria will be achieved. We developed our first extruded aluminium louvre systems in 1991 in response to our customer's demands for a cost effective, aesthetically pleasing external weather barrier for plantroom ventilation openings. Since then this product line has expanded to include high performance double bank louvres, high velocity louvres and a whole range of architectural profiles for screening and solar shading applications. Insulated metal composite panels are increasingly used in modern buildings to provide fast and economical closure of the building envelope around roof plant areas. Emtec have worked over many years to develop and refine ways to build these walls that suit the needs of fast track construction. Often on the critical path, external plantroom walls can be constructed with minimal secondary support steelwork and using various installation methods.
