Encore Search was established in 2011 with the primary goal of adding value to our clients and providing them with honest and insightful advice relating to all their talent acquisition, management and benchmarking needs. We work with Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Trading Houses globally. We started our relationship in 2008 when the three of us met at a previous top tier Search Firm. During this time we forged a strong and clear belief on how a business should be run and a strong partnership evolved, resulting in Encore Search. Our service is tailor made. We provide a bespoke service to our clients, where we aim to form a strong and lasting partnership, understand their needs and provide solutions for their hiring requirements. Our approach is meticulous; it starts on instruction and does not end until a successful placement has been concluded. We strive to build and maintain a first class reputation with both clients and candidates.
