Energy Essential Fitness

ENERGY Essential Fitness is located in the heart of George Town in Cricket Square. Our custom designed facility offers a fully equipped Pilates apparatus studio (including Reformers, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Ladder Barrel) as well as a spacious and beautiful studio space dedicated to Pilates Matwork and TRX Suspension Training. The studio also offers a private room for personal fitness training, with cardio equipment and weights as well as shower facilities with all the amenities.
