Engaging Solutions, LLC (ES) was established in 2005 as a management consultant firm, and today has an experienced staff of accountants, planners, outreach specialists, and project analysts. ES is organized into four sectors to serve a diverse client base: Fiscal Management and Accountability, Planning and Community Outreach, Diversity and Fund Development. We are a partnership of seasoned professionals who have led Indiana State agencies, managed public and private mega-projects, and served as subject matter experts in many industries. We have combined our collective strengths to help our clients reach their goals and achieve excellence. We appreciate what our clients want and need because we were once clients ourselves. As a result, our expertise translates into a unique business approach that values client needs, expectations and overall satisfaction. We strive to become partners with our clients and provide value added services. As fiscal management consultants, we have analyzed and forecasted the fiscal health of the City of Indianapolis, and assisted the Indianapolis Department of Public Works with a complete projection of budget/revenue streams to fund sewer infrastructure projects. As planners, we have helped our partners think through existing conditions, baseline and gap analysis, and master plan processes to establish a new footprint. We have also created communication modalities, survey tools, and logic models to outreach to general public constituents, key stakeholders and helped frame decision-making processes. As leaders in the diversity services and fund development arenas, we have created and managed supplier diversity (Minority and Women Business Enterprise) programs for multiple national health insurance companies and generated additional revenue for several not-for-profit entities. ES is also committed to providing ten percent of its services to organizations/firms who could not otherwise afford our services. Engaging Solutions has received numerous awards and been featured in several publications. ES operates as a Limited Liability Company with four Managing Principals. ES is a certified Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise in the State of Indiana, by the City of Indianapolis, the Common Wealth of Virginia and the Indiana Minority Supplier Diversity Council.
