He's recruited for clients across technical, engineering and the simulation industries for over 20 years - both in US and UK markets. Experienced at Director Level within Niche technology sectors, at Regional Sales level with a technical arm of the world's largest staffing firm and CEO / Owner level within Full Service staffing. Jason created one of the United Kingdom's first penalty Service Level agreements for high street recruitment - where clients were given a financial reward if they didn't get the person they required. This unprecedented level of commitment to clients was unheard of in the staffing world and helped to win many Global accounts. Presently, consulting clients with urgent or future needs on the ever evolving competitive talent market place and using the creative SAR approach to ensure client satisfaction and agreement to every stage of the recruiting life-cycle.
