The company operates from an industrial complex, incorporating stores, workshop and offices in Qormi, Malta. Engenuity employes 35 full time personnel with considerable experience in electrical, mechanical and HVAC installation and servicing. Our staff complement are qualified in their respective areas of specialisation, and due to this, we are in a position to offer a complete range of mechanical and electrical services without the need for sub-contracting. Engenuity continues to invest in modern equipment and management systems in order to maintain a position at the forefront of the local building services contracting industry. The company also has an in-house engineering department/drawing office for the preparation of designs, estimates, working, and as-fitted drawings. The engineering department closely follows the latest developments in European legislation relating to the building services industry.
