Our clients acknowledge our commitment to excellence by returning to us again and again. Ensign Engineering began providing surveying services in 1985. In 1994, after building a strong client base, founder, Keith Russell, added civil and structural engineering and planning services. Recently, landscape design services have been incorporated into the company. Today, Ensign Engineering has locations in Midvale, Layton, and Tooele. With over sixty employees, Ensign Engineering is the ideal size to provide responsive and comprehensive consulting services.
