Enspire makes direct investment at various stages of a company's development, with a typical initial investment amount of US$ 1M to US$ 3M. Our team usually leads or co-leads our direct investments and become actively involved with portfolio companies, including representation on Boards of Directors. We are particularly interested in cross-border companies that focus on market opportunities in Greater China with a business model that optimizes resource allocations, integrates with supply chains to support partners and customers, and takes advantage of high market growth and technology adoption. Enspire makes fund investments with special interest in early stage VC funds. In addition to seeking financials returns from these leading portfolio funds in various regions, Enspire also expands its deal flows for potential co- and follow-on investments; as well as establishing local and global partnership to add values to our direct investments.
