ENI is an official Delivery Partner of The Start Up Loans Company in Northern Ireland, that was set up to deliver loans and mentor entrepreneurs embarking in business. The Start Up Loans Company was established in September 2012, with a mission to help new and early stage UK businesses access affordable finance and mentoring support. The main aim of the scheme is to help boost the local economy in Northern Ireland, through supporting the start-up of sustainable businesses. Jacqueline Porter from Equine Dental Services said: "From an early age I knew I wanted to work with horses and this loan has helped me realise a lifelong dream by allowing me to turn my hobby into a career. The loan has also allowed me to have the freedom of managing my own time whilst being able to expand my business horizons. "I found the Start Up Loans team great to work with. They really helped me delve into the finer points of my business which I hadn't thought of. They also walked me through my business plan and helped me present my business idea in a professional way." Chief Executive of ENI, Michael McQuillan, said: "We are delighted that ENI Start Up Loans has been able to help Jacqueline make her business dreams a reality.
