EPG is a part of MARS Shipyards & Offshore group. Closely cooperating shipyard and offshore companies owned by the MARS Closed-End Investment Fund. The fund is managed by the MS Investment Funds Society, a daughter company of the Polish Armament Industrial Group. The aggregate value of the assets currently managed by the MARS fund amounts to more than EUR 260 million (20.12.2015). MARS Shipyards & Offshore is formed by leading shipbuilding, ship repair and offshore production companies which include: EPG(Energomontaz-Pólnoc Gdynia) and his subsidiary company Energop, MSR Gryfia and Nauta, and marine and offshore design office MARS Design & Solutions.
