Erciyas is the only company in all of Europe, North America and the Middle East with an annual capacity of 450,000 Mtons under one single roof. In addition to its robust yet environmentally friendly manufacturing practices, Erciyas continues to invest in expanding its production capabilities while substantially contributing to the development of the City of Düzce. With the addition of the 5th operational production line in 2011, Erciyas has not only become the largest spirally welded steel pipe producer under one single roof, but also significantly contributes to the community by creating new jobs and business opportunities. With improving its capacity and technology each and every day, production capabilities of today's Erciyas are; to produce oil, gas, water and piling pipes which are ranging in between Ø254mm (10") - Ø4064mm (160") in diameter, 4mm (0,16") - 35mm (1,37") in wall thickness, using steel grades from St 37 up to API 5L X100. Erciyas is aggressively expanding its capacity and improving its ground-breaking technological capabilities every day. Currently, Erciyas manufactures and exports spirally welded steel line pipes (HSAW) with all types of specified coatings with diameters ranging from Ø10"(273.1mm) to Ø160"(4064mm) and wall thickness ranging from 0.16" (4mm) to 1.38" (35mm). The pipes can be designed and produced using the highest steel grades available up to API 5L X-100. Designing, building and operating with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, Erciyas R&D and Quality departments are continuously focused on improving productivity and efficiency, while creating and raising the bar on new production standards. The 550 R&D projects completed within the last 3 years are a testament to the company's dedication to the latest technology.
