ERIELL, an international service group founded in 1999 in the Czech Republic, provides well drilling and workover services to oil and gas companies in the Russian Federation, Central and Southern Asia, North Africa, and Europe. OJSC Gazprombank is the majority shareholder of the Group. ERIELL is specialized in exploratory and production drilling of oil and gas wells and develops the production of in-house drilling units. The Group also executes works on directed drilling, sidetracking, drilling-mud services as well as services for drills and downhole drilling motors. Since 2008 ERIELL Group has implemented projects in the territory of the Russian Federation. Availability of wide range of up-to-date and manufacturable drilling equipment is a competitive advantage of ERIELL Group at the Russian oil services market: from light-weight and Drilling Unit Equipped with a Travelling Gears to super-heavy units of carrying capacity exceeding 600 tones. The average age of ERIELL equipment is not more than 2 years. Investments in technologies and innovations allow ERIELL to be among the leaders in the industry ready to work in extreme climatic conditions of deserts, highlands or permanent frozen ground with similar efficiency.
