ERIH & The Company was created in 2012 to capitalize on the emerging opportunities in the Turkish and Hinterland's energy sector as the umbrealla organisation to integrate renewable energy investment, energy trading, investment management companies of Teknam, as a result of the merger of Teknam and ERIH Energy Trading at the same year. Besides having same shareholders in these two companies, this merge has brought a complete focus on the core businesses, benefiting them through the economies of scale, specialization, internal efficiency and improved organizational efficiency. It is the mission of ERIH to fulfill steering, coordination, control and audit functions, as well as to generate value, and perform the financial audit and administer control systems at Teknam's energy investment, management and trading companies. ERIH aims to create competitive and high value added companies that put regional growth at the energy focal point of their operations. At ERIH, we believe that creating long-term shareholder value, through a distinct focus on innovation, best practices, corporate governance and risk management, is far more important than merely creating the traditional ROI. A majority of the companies of ERIH are either in the development or growth stage of their operations. ERIH is composed of 5 subsidiaries and 1 joint venture in energy industry only which are Turkey's firsts and one of the leaders in their fields. ERIH Energy Trading is the only Turkish energy commodities trading company active in the European Energy Markets with power, gas and environmental products since 2008. Reswell and Renawell are the solar and wind investment arms of ERIH whereas they have been jointly holding 16 project companies and currently 26 MW of utility scale and 17 MW community scale solar and 340 MW of wind projects are at development phase. ERIH Investment Management provides a comprehensive and professional range of renewable asset management services tailored to our clients' needs. ERIH Investment's Sustainable Energy Technologies Fund ( SETF) has been elected to be granted by TUBITAK's 1514 Techno-venture Capital Support Program. Myclimate Turkiye is the philanthropy venture of ERIH & The Company founded in 2011 as a joint venture together with the Swiss foundation myclimate-The Climate Protection Partnership. Myclimate Turkiye promotes low carbon society and economy in Turkey with providing all services as myclimate does globally. Under the principle of responsible and transparent management, ERIH induces value maximization of each subsidiaries by improving business competitiveness and management efficiency.
