The addition of the Sports Complex and Restaurant will make this a global destination. The modern RV is larger, more luxurious, and requires significantly more space than earlier versions. Therefore, longer, and wider sites are in high demand but availability of these larger RV accommodations have lagged in meeting the demand. Consequently, there is an opportunity in the market for providing larger site accommodations combined with a resort experience. The Espire Sports™ Center is a 14-acre property conveniently located aon Highway 69 and near several entertainment and retail developments. The site will include a main building of approximately 350 x 350 with a partial second level, providing over 100,000 square feet for indoor activities. The main floor will include 21 indoor pickleball courts, 2 indoor tennis courts, raquetball court, Multi-Purpose basketball court, golf simulators, ping-pong, pro shop, restaurant/bar, private lounges, coffee/cafe drive thru and locker rooms.
