E & S Residential Care was established in 1989 by Stephanie Hendricks and Eddie Gilbert. The goal of E & S has always been to provide quality care to the Developmentally Disable in the residential care setting. Over the past the 20 plus years, E &S Residential Care Services has developed 6 - Level 4 facilities, one specialized to handle severe behaviors and one Adult Behavioral Management Program. With a staff of 100 full and part time individuals, Ms. Hendricks is the director and administrator of E & S Residential Care Services. Ms. Hendricks is a licensed Administrator and a certified Pro-Act Trainer and is presently a member of the DSP Advisory Board. With the success of E&S Residential Care Services, and leadership in developing policies and procedures for community based programs, Ms. Hendricks has assembled a highly qualified team of business consultants. These multi disciplined consultants understand consumer behaviors; have an awareness to help" maintain patience "which facilitates the ability to deal with the behaviors in a positive way. Our consulting team also understands the paper work required, and staffing requirements for running a successful residential care facility.
