Estate Zootenvaal

Zoot as we are affectionately known, is a beautiful haven of four houses surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Virgin Islands National Park. We have been a favorite vacation choice for generations of families and individuals from all over the globe, seeking a wonderfully unique, "Old Island" experience. There is simply no other destination like Zoot on St. John. "We feel blessed to have the opportunity to be on St. Johns. Our stay in Turtle Watch was really nice. The solitude was heavenly.
