Clinical Services, Inc. (CSI) doing business as Ethica Health & Retirement Communities is a Georgia nonprofit corporation organized for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). CSI provides clinical and related health care services and various consulting services to members and non-members of an integrated healthcare delivery system.
