ETRI

Founded in 1976, the Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) is a non-profit government-funded research organization. They are focused on the research, development, and distribution of industrial core technologies in the fields of information, communications, electronics, broadcasting, and convergence technologies. ETRI is based in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon.
