Our company was founded in 1967 by Ernst Nigg as a "tax and accounting practice" and has been managed by the second generation since 1997. Over the decades, the focus has gradually shifted from a local into an international one and we manage companies with assets and activities in several countries, in addition to Liechtenstein. It is our goal to grasp the entire range of topics, to find appropriate solutions, and to implement them in a concrete and sustainable manner. We have a combined know-how in the fields of law, tax, finance and administration. As one of the few Liechtenstein trust companies, we have the family name in our company. It is motivation and responsibility that we stand with our name for the work done by our team. We are affiliated with law firms, tax advisory and auditing firms worldwide, as well as with banks, and through our membership of MSI Global Alliance, we have an international and multi-disciplinary correspondent network.
