It is the common ethos that drives our companies and one that makes our companies stand out from the others in our chosen fields. So who exactly are the Eurocoast group? We are a highly successful group that have a proven reputation in our three main areas of operation, namely Construction, Development and Property management. From the outset our intention was to provide high quality and affordable developments in the TRNC built to the highest international standards utilising the wealth of international experience gained in the construction industry by our management team. We have always employed our own core workforce rather than subcontract locally, so that we can maintain our consistently high quality level. Our construction management team ensure that our labour force is qualified to deliver time and time again. As constructors we have always delivered our products to a standard way above the market expectation and always within the time scales that we have agreed to at the outset. Our customers confirm to our ability to meet and often exceed the standards that they expect. We have delivered over 1500 residential properties to our clients and are at present constructing over 500 retail and residential units for others. As developers we have always picked the best locations for our own developments, we construct properties that add to the local area, that are architecturally of merit and as we construct ourselves we ensure that they are always of the highest standard. We have to date 3 projects completed or near completion ( Selvi Hill Village, Selvi Village and Carob Villas) and our newest addition Lavanta where we have recently commenced building. ur developments always stand out in the market and are always in demand our buyers have been able to rely on our properties out performing others in terms of investment as well as being beautiful places to live. As property managers of our products we are aware that an often voiced concern from buyers of other properties is the after sales relationship with their developer.
