Europrojekt specializes in architecture, design-build, fitout, construction management, and general contracting for national and international clients. Europrojekt offers the following services: preparation of building documentation, construction, review of building documentation, expert supervision, preparation of conservation projects and preservation studies, project management, and administrative services. We have experience in designing: shopping malls, business facilities, hotels, residential buildings, farms, police&military facilities, infrastructure (main-regional-local roads, streets, parking lots, garages, roundabouts, bridges and pedestrian bridges), kindergartens, schools, petrol stations, underground facilities and passages, hydrotechnical facilities and installations, machinery installations and power plants, religious buildings, villas, interiors, public sculptures and showrooms, among others. We are engaged in research work in the field of BIM technologies, architectural technologies and constructions, building technologies in prefabricated construction systems, typical projects for halls, farms, modular houses, substations, construction chemistry, modern materials and equipment. We have introduced and applied international standards for quality control complying with ISO 9001, environmental management systems complying with ISO 14001, and occupational health and safety management complying with OHSAS 18001. For design and visualization, we use licensed ARCHICAD 23 software enhanced with the MEP Modeler ™ and ArchiSITE modules, as well as Artlantis Render. For Parametric Architecture & Design we use RHINO 6.0 Grasshopper. For project management we use licensed STR Vision CPM software and Smartsheet. For real-time architectural visualization, 3D immersion and VR exploration we use licensed TWINMOTION, TWINLINKER and LUMION.
