In 2017, another, most modern customer oriented aluminum surface treatment line in Central Europe was put into operation. It allows treatment of Al parts with clear and hard anodic processes, followed by electrolytic or organic color anodizing, TCP passivation and pickling. Maximum part dimensions are 3200 x 1800 x 800 mm. Moreover, to improve customer service, a new process for Al parts pretreatment called "Nano matte blasting" was developed in 2017, which is successfully used to achieve a matte appearance, especially under black anodizing. Since 2010, we have been gradually developing and marketing the combination of hard anodized coatings with penetrated or thermoset Teflon which has become another development product in the field of surface treatment.
