Since June 2005, Evershine has been focusing on providing outsourcing services of financial accounting to Taiwan-based or other Asian-based subsidiaries assigned by their parent company from the USA, England, HK, Japan or elsewhere. In order to provide the outsourcing services, we have designed and conducted our own web-based electronic authorization system for our clients to use free of charge which allows personnel of a parent company to join the daily documentary approval process. Additionally, we cooperate with Taiwan-based or Asian-based banks to provide a safe web-based electronic authorization system to be approved by the personnel of the parent company before transferring daily payments. In September 2005, Evershine joined the IAPA (International Association of Practising Accountants ) to be one of 250-odd worldwide members. Total staff of member firm of IAPA is roughly about 9,800. It is ranked 19 th largest CPA organization in the world. Since joining IAPA, Evershine has been working with other member firms to better serve international clients. In June 2006, Evershine set up the ¡§Xiamen Evershine BPO Service Limited¡¨ in the Incubation Park of the Torch District of Xiamen to be the service window for the clients in Xiamen and the Eastern China. We provide quick, cost competitive and qualified services to clients operating in China. I n December 2008, in order to promote our Accounting Outsourcing to more clients, Evershine BPO Service Corp . was spun from Business Unit of Evershine CPAs Firm.
