Evergreen Properties, Inc (EVG)., was founded by Susan Chang in January 1989 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. For thirteen years, thanks for the economy and real estate booming in the nation's capitol, EVG has grown into a multi-phase of real estate services including residential real estate sale, property management, and title settlement. Those services are offered through Evergreen Properties, Inc, Evergreen Properties of VA Inc., Evergreen Property Management, and Evergreen Settlement. Thanks for the support of the Greater Washington Metropolitan area Chinese community and hard work of our well-trained realtors. Today, Evergreen Properties is the largest Chinese real estate in the Washington D.C. area.
