As a concept, Evidence Wines is a small company with a broad outlook on producing small lot, boutique-style wines that bridge the gap between mass-produced premium wines and the smaller, cult-style, ultra-premium wines. Our goal is to produce wines that approach the table with as much character as many of the truly great names in the industry, but at significantly less expense, thus creating an "affordable boutique" wine! "Small lots" means attention to detail. Besides sourcing the finest ingredients, we pay particular attention to the ever-evolving practices used in the wine cellar. By using a combination of classic and contemporary wine-making practices, streamlining our costs, and making all bottling materials for Evidence Wines as cost-effective and eco-friendly as possible, we are delivering fine quality without having to break our customers banks.
