Since then, the company has grown substantially in the services we provide. Our consultants work with government and private organisations to address issues such as: Process redesign (time in motion studies) Fault & Emergency Management Structures Staffing levels Rostering Business Development: and Project Management of I.T. implementations Property Development; and Staff restructures Evolutionary Energy has managed retail ventures such as the Hand Car Wash and Café - The Chamois Shack in Carlton, lifting sales by over 100% and profitability by 125% over 18 months. This was achieved by implementing what now seems simple process changes to increase staff effectiveness and customer satisfaction. We have worked in partnerships, providing skills in project management, process redesign, I.T. implementation and testing for the delivery of small one off systems and a major billing system.
