Excellence Works is a privately owned company with its original foundation beginning with Excellence Works in New Zealand in 2000 and Excellence Works Pty. in Australia in 2001. The company is owned and managed byBrent Ritchie. The company bases all its activities, products and services on the internationally recognised Baldrige Framework or global regional versions of excellence frameworks. Excellence Works' intention is to continue developing a network of Baldrige experienced user organisations, enabling those organisations to experience, learn and implement world class high performance processes by sharing and learning from one another. Our approach is to help your organisation assess its management systems against proven world class business systems, processes and management behaviours and then, to implement continuous improvement activities to ensure your organisation accelerates on its journey to achieving world class performance and world class results. Key approaches include: facilitated evaluations, benchmarking with world class systems, knowledge sharing and training in Leadership methods and behaviours, Strategic & Business Planning, Customer & Market systems, Data & Information Management, Human Resource processes, Process Management & Quality Systems and, Results and Outcomes.
