We service customers with residential, commercial, & industrial needs throughout Western Michigan, which includes the counties of Kent, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Oceana, Newaygo, Ottawa, & Mason. Excel Propane is a locally owned company and is focused on servicing our customers. Your calls are answered by our employees at your local office, and not by an automated phone system or out-of-state call center. If you need service after normal business hours, we'll be there because we have employees that carry pagers and cell phones for a prompt response to your needs. We have three (3) offices located in Fremont, Fruitport, and Hart, plus a satellite storage facility in Newaygo. Each office offers tank filling for grills, campers, and motor homes. We offer our customers multiple savings plans, including our Price Protection Plan, Keep Full Plan, and Budget Plan. We also have underground tanks available.
