Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Oxnard, California, Exemplar Enterprises, Inc. brings together experts with numerous years of experience in the janitorial, grounds maintenance, carpet care, natural stone care, and snow removal fields. Martha Lutt, President of Exemplar Enterprises, Inc., strives to empower women in the workplace and therefore employs an all female corporate staff. Ms. Lutt and her staff work closely on a daily basis with Project Managers located at our many job sites to ensure that each contract is executed flawlessly.
