ExpatExchange Connect is a social networking service for expats designed to enhance your ability to interact with other expats and form relationships that may make life abroad more meaningful. EE Connect will also help you establish contacts who can guide you through the more challenging aspects of expat life - finding a job, making friends, locating housing and more. Compared to other social networking sites, ExpatExchange Connect is unique in that virtually every member is somehow involved in the expatriate experience. This will provide you with incredible opportunities to build global, personalized networks that can truly make a difference as you move through every phase of your international journey. In order to enable these kinds of capabilities, we need all of our members to update their profiles. You'll notice that there are a few more required fields. Again, we made this decision because we felt it would improve your ability to connect with others. As always, you will have the option to hide key pieces of information from public view. And, rest assured, our policy regarding this information has not changed - we do not share your individual information with any third-party marketers. Please see our member agreement for full details. You will be prompted to update your profile when you login to EE Connect -- this includes the forums. If you have never registered for ExpatExchange, now is the time to join (it's free). Once you have updated your profile or registered for the first time, you will have the ability to complete more profile pages about yourself. While not required, this is an important step that will help you build your personal network and connect with others, regardless of whether you intend to use ExpatExchange Connect for professional or personal reasons (or both)!
