Expect Miracles Foundation

Not only was Expect Miracles Foundation thrilled to host a golf tournament in California, home to many of it's supporters, but the Foundation was proud to expand its reach nationwide and support the tremendous work of cancer charities in the West Coast. The highlight of the evening was when a $10,000 donation was presented by Expect Miracles Foundation to the Beckstrand Foundation's Art Therapy Program, a deserving charity based in Newport Beach that is enhancing the quality of life for cancer patients and their families everyday. Beckstrand's Art Therapy Program has helped fill a void that existed within the local cancer community and aims to help children and teens with cancer better cope with their diagnosis and prognosis. Lil Spitzer, Executive Director of the Beckstrand Foundation, and her team were present to accept the check from Frank Strauss, Founder & Chairman and Christina Thirkell, Executive Director of Expect Miracles Foundation. The West Coast Classic is a great opportunity to re-connect with new and longstanding supporters, as we continue to expand and strengthen our impact on the fight against cancer. Expect Miracles Foundation would like to thank all its sponsors, donors, volunteers and participants for an incredible day. We hope to see everyone again next year in California as the West Coast Classic continues to expand year after year.
