ExpenseOn is an intuitive, safe, and economical way to manage your company expense reports. It offers the most comprehensive end-to-end solution in a cloud platform, which can be accessed via web or mobile (IOS or Android). Goal is to add value to all resources involved in the expense report process, not only to the person who is submitting an expense report, but also to the finance team which has to refund the employees, to the finance director who is concerned about the refund policy compliance and regarding the control of total amount money spent. With ExpenseOn's solution, instead of the user filling an excel report, sending receipts to be approved and evaluated by the finance team, which later confirms if it is in line with the company policy, the user only takes a picture of the receipt and let ExpenseOn do all the process. Through OCR technology, their platform recognizes the expense data and automatically fills them in a report. After this, user can submit it to approval. Approver receives a push notification in its mobile, which already notifies if the expense is in compliance with the company refund policy. After analyzing this, the approver can quickly accept or reject the refund in one click. If approved, the finance team will pay the relative amount; if rejected, it goes back to the submitter to be reviewed. Furthermore, it also offers the payment to employees in one batch, which could reduce cost up to 70% of the transactions and optimize time. Important to highlight that entire process has a minimum of human interference, which means ExpenseOn removes steps that do not add value during refund process (such as sending physical notes, filling manual reports, etc.), which save time and money, once platform ensures process effectiveness and policy compliance. In addition of changing the way an expense is refunded, ExpenseOn will generate a database of expense behavior, which will be unique and relevant information that contributes to the companies to evaluate opportunities of cost reduction or even creating/ changing their expenses policies.
