Expert Cleaning Services

We provide our customer with the cleaning they expect for the price they want to pay! We don't require contracts for any of our services. We do, however, offer a discount if a customer wants to sign a contract for a year of service. We do require regularly scheduled customers to follow our company's guideslines in order to avoid any service charges. There is a $40 lock out fee if the housecleaning staff is not able to gain access to your home. There is a $40 cancellation fee if our office is not notified by 12:00 noon the previous business day for regularly scheduled house cleanings. Should an emergency arise, we are more than happy to reschedule to an alternate day without any fees, as long as the makeup cleaning is performed before your next regularly scheduled cleaning. *We are properly insured & bonded, for your protection. *We provide all the supplies & equipment. *We are a smoke & drug free company. *We have very little cleaning staff turnover.
