The ELM Group

ELM maintains our corporate offices in Princeton, New Jersey with additional offices in Boonton, New Jersey, Holicong and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. We primarily service the Mid-Atlantic and New England areas, although client needs have extended our service area well outside of the Northeast United States and into Canada. ELM also provides civil/site engineering services as well as environmental inventory and planning services. This service area provides more conventional civil engineering services associated with real property development and re-development activities. These services compliment the environmental services we currently provide on Brownfield projects, or for stand-alone development projects.
