Explore Football has been created solely to develop Football coaching for ages 18 Months 6 Years, with each session designed Specifically for this ages group and building the Foundational Skills needed for Football which can also be used across all sports! Here are a few Foundational Skills and how they are important to Football. Standing on one leg: when kicking, controlling & balancing! Jumping: to head the ball & land confidently! Total Body Control: to run backwards, turn quickly & stop instantly! Football has now developed into a much more tactical and cognitive game, this aspect is very much worked on in the sessions.
