We provide a personal, friendly and supportive service with a focus on rapid response, tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We specialise in dealing with sole traders and small limited companies. Our passion for accountancy started with our founding director, Tula Jones, who has a background in Taxation and Accounting having worked for the Inland Revenue for 12 years in Cardiff and Swansea. Tula originally studied Business Studies in Cardiff and later completed the Association of Accounting Technicians Course in Neath College together with the Institute of Book-keepers Level 3 Payroll, later winning the KEF Scholarship in October 2005. Tula noticed that many small businesses were struggling to keep their finances under control as well as perform their contractual duties, and many companies were needlessly unsuccessful because of this. A book-keeping/accountancy service that could perform on flexible timescales and provide a fast delivery was required. A consequence of our rapid business ethic is a focus upon efficiency. We understand that an efficient business performs well in a sustainable environment with as little clutter as possible. We are therefore very much in favour of paperless business, and we will try and conduct all business online where possible or convenient. H.M.R.C. themselves now require almost all paperwork to be completed electronically, which means that we can streamline our processes to be fast, economical, and with as little strain on the environment as possible.
