EXSA S.A. has an Occupational Safety and Health Management System implemented based on international standard OHSAS 18001:2007, applicable laws, our customers' standards, and good practices in the explosives industry. Our Safety System seeks to prevent incidents from occurring in all of our facilities and processes, through the implementation of diverse programs intended to make our employees aware of the importance of self-monitoring and safety based on behavior. EXSA S.A. is a member of international explosives safety organizations such as SAFEX INTERNACIONAL, INSTITUTE OF MAKERS OF EXPLOSIVES, INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF EXPLOSIVES ENGINEERS, and others; this participation allows us to become familiar with and implement high global standards, positioning us as one of the country's leading companies with regard to safety.
