Eykon has developed an efficient approach to secure our network and systems from unauthorized access by third parties. These include: An integrated antivirus protection system; A set of Eykon's internal instructions and manuals defining network security rules; Complete external and internal protection with secure and restricted access to all sensitive resources; Virtual private networks to connect to client's networks and for remote employees; For almost all of our clients IP is much more valuable than any physical asset. We understand the importance of protecting Intellectual Property and do our best to keep our clients secure. IP protection of our clients includes (but is not limited to): Various NDA (Non Disclosure Agreements) we sign before information is passed to us. Each of our employees signs separate NDA so as to prevent any lack of IP. Important information, such as source code, is protected with passwords and access codes. Approval may be used to grant or deny access, this results in slightly reduced flexibility, but the reduced risk greatly outweighs this minor disadvantage. We have tight human resources screening. If we do business with a client's competitors we ensure that there is no contact between teams. We conform legal system and culture of the countries in which our client's reside. In contracts we make our company responsible for the actions of our employees. Eykon provides all the necessary measures to protect the intellectual property of our clients. We can discuss IP protection rules and mechanisms with each client individually and modify our practices as requested.
