eZRobotics was established in February 2001 by a number of researchers who have been leading the virtual manufacturing and robot engineering areas for more than 10 years. From the first year it was established, eZRobotics participated in the car project of a domestic major auto company, bringing success to the project in the virtual manufacturing. It demonstrated various robot OLP and Calibration technology that minimize the robot teaching time and the position & rotation error between the actual robot cell in shop floor and the virtual robot cell in computer. Based on its researches and project experiences with conglomerates, eZRobotics has developed the various unique solutions of Robot OLP, Calibration and In-line measuring & scanning system for virtual manufacturing. Today, eZRobotics services the body shop (spot, arc, laser welding and palletizing robot application), paint shop (paint robot application), press shop (auto mold welding), in-line measuring & scanning system and customized virtual system for a number of major auto company. Especially in the robot calibration field, eZRobotics has developed the calibration technology to minimize the position, time & communication error between the actual system in shop floor and virtual system in computer and developed solutions of off-line programming for automotive system. eZRobotics¡¯ engineers provide customer with the engineering service and digitally customized environment to the save cost, time and stabilization period thru verifying and modifying the manufacturing process plan.
